I have used Michelle as my agent in order to sell a flat in Central. She was extremely professional in dealing with both me and the tenant in order to arrange showings. On entering into the contract with her she was well prepared with comparative prices for similar units in the area (not just from her company but various others). She was knowledgeable which properties have been on the market for a while and which properties sold quickly.

I was impressed by the fact that she recommended a price which resulted in a concrete offer within a month and with her assistance a sale. Michelle ensured that all logistical issues were addressed in order to have the offer signed by both parties.

Michelle also kept me up to date as to the progress of both the bond application and finalisation of the contract.

I have made use of another agent to buy a property and there is no comparison between Michelle’s professional, friendly and efficient service and that of the other agent.

Thanks to Michelle, the selling experience was a joy.
