Hi Berry,

I hope this e-mail finds you well. In the country we live in ,unfortunately,
our experiences on a day to day are dominated by negativity and hence when
one gets hold of a good experience, it needs to be shared and treated like
gold.

In the last 9 years, I have been fortunate enough to be involved in three
house acquisitions, stemming from 2005 and unfortunately for me and my
family we always received a raw deal in which Estate Agencies were there
for themselves driven by greed and  as a client you were always at the
back of the line. Having gone through this experiences it left me with a
bitter taste in my mouth when it came to purchasing or selling property
( one could say I was scared). Me and my wife promised to never trust an
Estate Agent ever again.

However,  in last year we used your company in sourcing for a house and
one could say the experience gave us hope in terms of how purchasing a
house could be done in regards to the  values  and morals applied.

One of your Estate Agents Lesley Pountain ensured that we were never to
be scared again. Lesley was fantastic in the following areas:

1. She was honest in the entire process from the time we put an
OTP  leading to the occupation of the house in which she built trust.

2. Her approach was by the book and ensured that we do not get “screwed”
as was the case before

3. She communicated with us all the way in the process and was empathetic
to our concerns i.e. understood that when you part with your hard
earned money, you need to appreciate the customers depredations

4. You could sense that she was not after the commission but made sure
that all the correct processes are followed as we were on the other
side of the fence

5. Whenever we requested information be it a 100 times she was always
patient with us.


With this litany of an e-mail in showing my heart felt appreciation,
I just wanted to say thank you ,firstly to her and your company.

After this transaction I have even requested that your company via Lesley,
deal with the sale of our property in Cape Town and also promised that
one day when I am a “big boy” looking for a bigger property, I will
definitely look t to source for her help in securing that dream house.
